Go to choose support/documentation from the menu on the left.
Choose Data and INternet products (middle of the screen), then wait. The screen will refresh. Choose Optivity from the lower scroll bar. That should take you to the PDF secion.

If all else fails,consult the Documentation cd that comes with Optivity.It helped me with a lot of starup questions.
