Optipoint 500 Conversation Volume to low 1

Is there anyway to permanently turn up the volume on the Siemens Optipoint phones. I have a couple individuals who are complaining they are having a hard time hearing.

You can set max volume per extn with ACTDA, callvol=7,

If that still isn't loud enough, then the problem is the user not the phone, and they might be better with a headset where they can make it even louder. TREF amo can increase by -4dB but it'll be system wide. You have to specify a from and to for TREF, ie, from CO trunk to digital extn, from anate to digital extn etc etc. I would try ACTDA first.
