Optipoint 410 and Hipath 2000 1

Hi,

I have a Siemens Hipath 2000 Pbx and many Optipoint Ip Phone
I configured same parameters on the same phones...
But work only the phones with Version R.5.6.0,
the others phones with Version for example R.5.1.32 or less
send me this error "Gateway Not Found" (parameters are correct!)
They don't connect to the Hipath2000 Pbx

What's the problem? Have I update them?

Hi.

Check release notes of each phone SW versions and see if it is compatible with PABX SW ver.

Sorry - what do you mean 'before it goes offline' ?
It is online all the time, it is a shared resource for all the users here.
It does not make sense to download everything, that is just wasting bandwidth.
The older versions of software are included there for completeness and only to be used in the event of any problems with the latest versions.
There is over 13GB of software on the Tonido site.
If it is abused then I will be forced to shut it down.

and then I downloaded only firmware for
Siemens Optipoint 410 and 420

Site is up, has been up for 7 days which was the last reboot due to updates.
