Sep 20, 2013 #2 GHTROUT IS-IT--Management Nov 25, 2005 7,915 US Let's say you ordered 100 DIDs 602-555-2000 thru 602-555-2099 [ul] [li]Are you four digit extensions on your phones?[/li] [li]Do you have any extensions between 2000 and 2099?[/li] [/ul] Let's say you ordered 100 DIDs 602-555-9000 thru 602-555-9099 [ul] [li]Those example extensions start with "9" That might conflict with your "Dial 9 for an outside line". You will need to do LD49 IDC[/li] [/ul] Let's say you ordered 100 DIDs with the last four digits not conflicting with ANY numbers in your PBX.
