We are on Call Manager version 5.1 and Cisco Unity 4.2 Build 4.2(1). We have one user who is experiencing something strange when accessing their messages. When they go into the option to review old messages, they have an additional option to review deleted messages. When they access this option it is referencing deleted email messages from their Exchange mailbox. Nobody else on the system has this option and we are trying to figure out what is enabling it for this user.
