Option to review deleted email messages

We are on Call Manager version 5.1 and Cisco Unity 4.2 Build 4.2(1). We have one user who is experiencing something strange when accessing their messages. When they go into the option to review old messages, they have an additional option to review deleted messages. When they access this option it is referencing deleted email messages from their Exchange mailbox. Nobody else on the system has this option and we are trying to figure out what is enabling it for this user.
 
If you check the Class of Service, under Messages, there's an option called "Deleted messages are copied to the deleted items folder". It sounds like if this is enabled, Unity will let the user access the deleted items folder.

This is a great feature as users seem to accidentally delete messages all the time. However, they also never purge this folder, so it's a good idea to configure Exchange to purge deleted items that are over a certain age.

 
Yes, that makes sense. However, for this one user in particular they have the option to review their deleted messages. All other users only have the option to delete the messages in the deleted items folder. All users are setup for the same class of service. Not sure how this one user is getting this additional option....which might be useful for other people as well.
