Option leave message in a hunt group announcement

Hi, I have a custome with a IPOffice R8 and VM Pro.

They want: when someone is in a queue and listen the anouncement, they can press 1 to leave a message or stay on line to stay in the queue.

Here is what I did, but when I presse 1, it's doesn't work (it continue to queue)
-I put a menu in the queue with option 1
-option 1 is a leave message in a mailbox


Can someone help me?

put a genric option with the announcement on before the menu option , then the time out option continues to the call flow

Thank you for the fast answer.
I found my problem, it was because I had selected the check box 'synchronize call' in the hunt group.
If we need to give option, we can't select this.
