option/fujitsu/repartee integration

I have 5 schools interconnected, the main school has a fujitsu 9600, all others have options, 2 have the repartee v.m. and one has the vsr voice mail, the other 2 share the repartee with the main bldg. The fujitsu analog ports provide the dial tone for the c.o. ports on all the other systems (via D.I.D progamming,etc.) All has always worked fine except the latest school that was added, which is also the only one that has the fujitsu analog port (c.o.'s) AND its own repartee. Problem is:

A couple times a day the c.o. ports on the option lock-up (not all at once, 1 here, 1 there, etc.) On the fujitsu the ports show up as lock outs(analog station), on the option it shows TERM HOLD (when i stat the line tn's associated with it), on the repartee, using the integration master to emulate a phone for the v.m. port it shows the line on hold (flashing quickly) all I do is use the integration master to see the phone emulation of the port and hit the line then hit release, then it clears, however it keeps happening. It seems like when somebody is in voice mail and hangs up, the repartee receieves what IT thinks is a hold signal, keeping the line on hold, so keeping the v.m. port busy and therefore locking it up on the fujitsu side. Any suggestions? Repartee had me change some settings a few months ago as far as integration since it is a unique integration and it seemed to work (however it WAS summer vacation at the time)Any sugesstions? I have already made sure on the fujitsu that the analog ports being used for c.o.s. have nothing but the basics in their c.o.s. (call-waiting tones,etc.) and i have tried supervision off and on, on the option.




 
compare your timers on your opt 11 with others that don't share the problem.. your inbound trunks are on tmdi cards? check the cls on those trunks thfd trunk hook flash deny might help.. i went through the school on the fujitsu 9600, 2 really slow weeks with an instructor that couldn't answer questions but could stand and read the book, page by page.. pretty decent switch but it has it;s own way to do most things.. most of the time when this type of problem crop up it's due to timers that are to close, the disconnect is two close to the hookflash hold timer.. fugi see's a hold request so nortel never get disconnect request.. another prompt that may help// with super no.. fdec and ndec eth

Did the THFD and now monitoring to see if it comes up again, (changing one setting at a time,lol)

Other times it would say TERM_HOLD instead of INDIRECT MW_CALL

 
Also , the dn 3000 is one of the voice mail ports by the way. Eitehr way, TERM_HOLD or INDIRECT MW_CALL it still shows on the integrator digital set emulation as the call being on the key 0 (flashing) like its on hold.

the switch does not even see either end asking for a call teardown.. on that call the originator would almost have to request that... the trace shows a call in progress... two problems.. indirect mw call for the action line and an assigned talk slot, i would not expect to see both.. the far end of 1 2 is holding that call.. post the route and possible d for route 1

Also, everytime this happens it is on a Vmail TN. the ones above are all v.m. tn's
 
Another thing, EVERYTIME I am onsite , I CANNOT replicate the problem, EVERYTIME I call in (while on site) and hang-up, the option , fujisu AND repartee disconnect immediately.
