Option caption does not appear on form. 1

I have an array of option buttons but the captions appear blank on the form although they appear in the properties window of the individual options. Why don't the appropriate captions appear next to the options button?

Any help would be appreciated. I'm new to VB6

Deal with the obvious first, check the following
The width is wide enought for the text.
The forecolor is not the same as the back color
The label is not off the edge of the container or coverered by another control.

Hope this helps and is not too basic.
