Option 81 Super Loop 12 down

Hi gents,

Have all but 2 digital cards on Super Loop 12 in alarm. Not well versed, but went to LD 32 .ENLL 12 and nothing. Please advise.

What type system is it? Do you know what loop 12 is? IE : fiber loop, carrier, shelf in switch, etc. You can do an ENLC 12-0-0, 12-0-1, etc

what type of messages are you getting on the maintenance terminal?
Is this a single shelf loop? (only have 12-0-x-x and not a 12-1-x-x also)
What is showing on the controller card display? (card in slot 8)

option 81 with 2 cabinets... the unit affected is a shelf on the right cabinet (processor 0)... only super loop 12 has a problem (all the cards on shelf '12' are alarm except 2 of them) ...

You may need to download the controller as JAX is inquiring about. Does the card in slot 8 flash a number or just 00?

thank you for your quick replies!! it appears to have been the controller... it was 01... went to ld 32 and disabled controller and super loop and reanbled and all the cards came back up...

btw... yes single loop shelf 12-0...
