Hello,

I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

I have SPN of "1586123456#" (# will cover digit 0 through 9) programmed in my PBX.

I have added "1586123456" to my NRS.

I setup DCH messaging on SITE-A (making the call) & SITE-B (receiving the call).

I see the call attempt on SITE-A DCH messaging, but then gets rejected with "NO ROUTE TO DESTINATION".

It appears the NRS does not like my entry. Details are below:

PBX
---
SPN 1586123456 (I have tried using "15861234560" with no success as well.)
FLEN 0
CLTP NONE
RLI 62
SDRR NONE
ITEI NONE

NRS
---
DN Type: Private Level 0 (CDP)
DN Prefix: 1586123456 (I have tried using "15861234560" with no success as well.)
Route Cost: 1

Just to be sure...You have 1586123456 as a "routing entry" at site B in the NRS and if so you followed with a "cutover and commit"?

Try using a CDP:

DSC 1586123456
FLEN 11
DSP LSC
RLI 62

The other option leave default.
