I work at a hospital. At one point we had contracted a company that would handle all of our 1411 calls. Now, the calls are not routing to them. Instead they are routing to the AT&T our LD carrier. How can I verify this and/or make the change to route back to our contracted carrier to handle the 1411 calls?

Do you have an number for them? Send 1411 to an RLI that has a DMI that deletes 4 and Inserts the number they give you.
 
Create a ACDN 1411 and NCFW to (9xxx-xxx-xxxx)....The # of the company that would handle all of your 1411 calls
 
1) What (if any) ACD changes have you made lately?

Try checking the IDC table.
