option 61c rls ?

Can anybody tell me what ld you get into to look up the release of the pbx, and what the command is. Sorry, but its been a while since I've done nortel. thanks.

I have an option 61c that I'm trying to dial into. I get connected but can't see anything on my screen. I sent a Courier i ISDN/56K Flex/X2 External US Robotics Modem to try but the tech says when he hooks it up it disables the port. Any ideas.
