i wouldn't use a phantom due to wasting lic.. a maxp 1 acd will do the same thing

that will work if your switch allows cfxa back to ld.. if 1234 is a did (ddi), cdb is cfo and the ncos of the station is high enough to make the ld call.. if not try acod plus the number

Okay. I was able to build the ACD. It will forward if the extension is dialed internally. If you dial the number from an outside line it rings directly to our switchboard. How do I make it NCFW to a long distance number.

and I just accepted the defaults throught the rest of the responses.

It allowed me to change TRNX and EXTT, but I cannot change RDR DATA and FTR DATA to CFF. I receive an error SCHOO99.
