option 61 rejecting calls

i am having troubles with rejected calls, when i call the number and it is not in use everything works bus as soon as line 1 is in use all other calls to that number are rejected and the caller gets a "line is disconnected" message. below is the d-channel monitoring in ld 96. both calling numbers are me testing, the first went through fin but the second was rejected

what is the hunt pattern on that number?

this is the MARPed phone for the main number. this is a random problem, it works about 75% of the time and i have never duplicated the problem with an on switch call.

I should also add that when this problem happens it happens with all lines but is most noticed on thise line since it has the most traffic.
 
we have tried everything with the phone, we later found that it is with any line the the second call gets dropped. another note is that i have go as far as replacing the MSDL card and the T-1 card as well. this will work about 75% of the time then all at once no secondary calls will go through.
