Option 51 and Cisco tie trunks

I have an option 51 connected to a cisco call manager via isdn.

When i call between the to systems everything works great. when i call from the cisco to a cot trunk line for a local call throught the option 51 the call drops after 2.5 to 3 minutes. The DCH debug shows call is not end to end isdn andwhen the call drops I get recovery on timer expiry.

anyone have any ideas?

This is the weird part, when i call from pbx to cisco or cisco to pbx everything works great. when i call from cisco to the pbx and out a cot trunk, the call completes and you can talk but after 2.5 3 minutes the call drops and the dch messages say recovery on timer expiry.
