My setup right now its a option 11c working with a netperformer SDM-9230, (voip).
My probleme it is : From my option 11c I can do internationnal call, but if I use a voip phone and try to do an internationnal call, after about 10 sec I will hear a fast busy signal. Do I need to change a option in my switch or I need to look for a kind of timeout in the netperformer ?
thanks alot...

on the ip trunks make sure that is not blocked via ncos or targ, cff/cfo options might be looking at the trunk for nos instead of the set

But I can do international call from my PBX its when I try with a voip phone doesn't work. My setting in my trunk and very standard, all the phone got ncos 6 and they all can call international exept if I pass by my VOIP box. I hope you know what I mean.

Where are the VOIP trunks terminating? does that end alow the call?

I think problem is it's taking to long to setup international call. I had this problem and we did not find a fix but workaround was for trunk to trunk international calls we sent out over a PRI setup was a lot faster and call went through.

try the number plus #, that should bypss at least one timer (eod) if not two (idt).. if it's timing out, then look at the rlb for expected digits and maybe the timers themselves. i don't recogmend adjustment of timers unless the route is used for just one call type..

Yes my big probleme its because the call taking to long, I do the # at the end and still not working, I looked in the Voip setup but nothing about timeout or international call.
What I need to do to test the trunk to trunk and sent out over a PRI setup ? THANKS

you need a route that is PRI

you need to verify you can dial international over that route

Then I changed incoming route to Tgar to match Targ of 1st choice outgoing International (with TGAR enabled) and added to RLI second choice for internation as the PRI route and made sure TGAR and TARG did not match.
