O.K. My problems remain 2 fold.
1 - I still cannot break dial tone after dialing '9'
- I recieve ERR 624 message (ESN/NCTL data block
pointer (?!) missing or invalid?)

2 - My DCH still comes up in WRONG MODE.
- The error messages for that are as follows:
.DTA 21 (Frame Alignment Alarm)
.DCH 1014 (Invalid DCHl status due to
software/hardware mismatch.) Carried out
recommendations to no avail.
.DTC 103 (System is locked to primary
clock reference) which you would figure
would be a GOOD thing - lol.

All I'm trying to set up is a standalone 11c with a PRI I borrowed from my 81c. This same DCH was programmed as one of 3 backup DCHl's off of the 81c.
ANY input would be a beautiful thing.
Thanks.

If you are trying to connect the 81 with the 11 via PRI then you need to set the protocol to SL1.

WRONG MODE.
indicates your response to the side prompt is wronge, it can not match the far end, either net or user. correct that and post again if it's still fails

I am working on an Option 11c and would like to program it so that if a call is made - the dialed number sees a '5000' (eg.) on their display. Right now it is reading a long string of numbers that I am assuming is part of the PRI configuration that is being used as the carrier.
