Hi all,.

1st post here,. I have sketchy knowledge of the system here from an old colleague,. now I have been left in charge,. so bear with me if i dont seem clued up :)

For the past 2 weeks I have issues with some phones no longer being able to reach a certain overseas number.

From our Softex monitoring software I can see that calls made in the past from the problem extensions always used trunk member 58., and when logging a call this morning from a known working phone this uses member 57. Is there a way to reset trunk member 58?,.(This same member does get used for a great deal of other ougoing international/local calls with no issues, which baffles me further!)

Thanks For any help!

Thanks,. just tried this,. still no joy,... I will have to keep scratcing my head as to what it could be,.. I have checked the phone configs even though no-one could have changed anything,.

Sorted!,. In the end i did some reading about CLID tables,.. and found a bunch of extentions set to the wrong table. All help from past posts on this forum though - invaluable!
