hi, we have an issue when sometimes need to use the # digit in our phones but after pressing 9 it end the call. that is the only key we have troubles. someone knows if the comman LD 20 is usefull for this? or some other command

Just so I understand your question,

You mean that you dial "9" for an outside line and then you press "#" and the call gets disconnected?.

The hash "#" key was sometimes used in speed dial numbers to tell the system that no more digits would be sent during the dialling out stage. It would work once the call was connected to e.g an answering machine etc.

Are you doing this from an analogue phone?.

I just need it to work as the # key, for example, to activate voicemeail from telephone company you have to dial #86, but when we use it in the office phones (of the option 11C) it just Finnish the call. Idk if there is some commands to use the # key as normal # key instead of doing another function

Have you looked in LD 56 and printed off the FTC codes?

It might be that #86 is assigned as a feature code.

Are the Office phones the type with a display and have a few feature buttons?.

There should be a model number such as e.g M2008 or M3904 etc.

Can anybody access the Voicemail system?.
