Do you mean on a no answer the call should go to the cell phone and then if the cell phone is unanswered it should go to originally dialed ext's voicemail?
I would think once the call hits the cell phone then your PBX is out of the picture. It's then up to the cell phone to route that call. Of course, I could be mistaken...let's see what the tek-tips experts come up with.
I agree with Coniglio. It's no longer on the PBX network at that point so it cannot come back. Besides, doesn't the cell phone have it's own voicemail?
I agree with the other guys but there is a way to do it. When the call isn't answered by the cellphone you can configure the most cellphones to route the call back to a number in your PABX. This number should be a phantom. This phantom you should default route to your VM system.
In the voicemail system you should put this phantom in the VSDN table (Voice Service Directory Number table). In this table you configure an expressmessaging to the mailbox of this client of yours.
