We installed a new Meridian Option 11 for a customer last week. Most of their sets are new 3904's. We are having an issue with a few (that we know of) of the 3904's not being able to forward their calls. When they try to use the call forward feature, all of their calls just go to the attendant. I have even outed one of the phones that we are having problems with and re-built it by copying it from another set who's call forwarding is working just fine. I have also tried building it on a different TN just in case that was the problem. Now I'm stumped. Any ideas?
