Hey everyone, I’ve never worked on an Option 11C and have very little to no experience with Norton switches.
I’m currently working an issue where a users phone rings with 5 other phones when dialed. The user does not want their phone to ring with the others. I figure these are part of a hunt/call ground but am not sure.
How would I see if the phone belongs to a group? I’ve looked up the TN using LD 11, but don’t know how to read the codes/output.
These are digital phones.
