Option 11C and a CallPilot Mini SDN Issue With AA

I have an Option 11C Rls 4.5 and a CallPilot Mini Rls 1.6, the CallPilot that has been working for 7 years as a mailbox only system. The customer now wants to have an Auto Attendant with a CCR Tree. I have already programmed the CCR Tree 2 and Greeting 2. Here is the issue. In Configuration/Service Directory Number, I programmed 7002 and the SDN. Which was already programmed in the Option 11C as an ACD, NCFW to 7000, which is the ACD for the CallPilot Mini?

If under SDN I click on Voicemail, then the 7002 is answered for access to Voicemail, Express Messaging is answered correctly and Dialed Name is also answered perfectly. But if I choose Greeting Table 2, 7002 is answered by the General Delivery Mailbox. I have also used CCR Tree 1 with the same outcome.

Seems the Option 11C is sending the correct digits for the first three options, but is having an issue with what I need.

Has anyone used the AA on a CallPilot Mini connected to an Option 11C.? Hopefully I did not leave out any other programming info.

be sure to dial in from the outside when testing and not just dial the SDN. The treatment is different.
