Option 11 to Intecom pbx

Guys,

I am tasked with hooking up a T1 between a Opt. 11C to a Intecom pbx. Has anyone ever done this before? I am programming a T1 circuit for the option and there is a Intecom tech that will program the T1 from there end. Help would be appreciated.

Might be easier to build a standard config then tell him what he needs to set his up as. Include D chan if possible too.

do you have qsig in both boxes?

Not even sure about the Qsig. And I am sure I haven't turned it on or even know how to turn that on. So help on that would be good.

if you do not have qsig, try ni2 office type std.. with tie turnks.. if you can get the dch's to link your 98% there

We are running release 25.40 on the option 11. Also we are going to try and connect the two system via cable since they are sitting next to each other. Do you know the pairs that at Transmit and Receive for a T1 on the amp head?

I have hook several Toshibas to our 81. A tie T1 is the easiest. I did get a NI2 PRI to work, but the callerID is messed up. I never found a way to get it to work very good.

Going to a Asterisk machine I setup a isiq pri. That worked well.

When you setup your D channel you may want to set SIDE to NET.

Not familar with Intecom.

net would imply that the far end would have to be user.. it tells the far end to look at your clock.. other then that one prompt, it's the same as setting up a pri to any provider... don't use net then try to tellyour box to clock off of that pri..

copy a working pri in the 11 using net as user.. match the build on the other end..
