Hi,

I have an option 11 which is Release :x112515 which keeps restarting. I am getting this message at the start of each one

>Warm Start begun - reason 36
interrupt: Error changing SL1 priority

I have found that ERR0036 refers to "Set Based Buffering was unable to put a message into an SSD message
buffer" but im not sure if Reason 36 is the same as ERR0036.

It does say that a system warm reset INI is required after an ERR0036 though, which is why i think it may be related.

The next question is what the hell does "Set Based Buffering was unable to put a message into an SSD message
buffer" mean and what can i do to stop it.

Thanks for any help or suggestions in advance

If the system is just in a loop INIing all the time, reseat the SSC card, that should reload the OS. But only try this as a last resort if you don't have backups or a new SSC card.

Also make sure you have no cards plugged into the PCMCIA ports on the SSC.

the only way to stop it is to do a reinstall and restore the cdb.. you need the keycodes

The System isnt continuously rebooting. Its done it about 8 times in 24hours.

Not sure if that makes a difference

Sounds like either corrupt software or bad SSC, I would call your vendor and have them first try FBUG, bring the PBX up on the SSC's onboard flash, see if that solves your problem.

Just make sure uve got a good CDB backup before you do anything.

More info.

Apparently this problem happened a few months back and after the system was rebuilt it with a new SSC card it was still doing it. After replacing the PSU it stopped, but has now started again.

The users have also now complained they are getting crossed lines from within the building.

Any other suggestions.

Reboot the system and use "Ctrl" I. Select the menu that allows you to use load in the database stored on the CPU "Z" drive. Reboot the system and hopefully it will be OK.

All the best
