I have had issue with my PRI's over the last few weeks. Intermittently I will have static on in and outbound calls where one party or the other can hear the static, but not both. I have resolved the issue each time by doing an Ini on the switch. I suspect the issue is on the carrier network but need proof before I open a ticket.
My question is where can I look to see errors and pri config info? Which load will have the info I need? Also, would PRI alarm info be in AHST? (prior to an ini that is.)
