i have an option 11 in a remote office; one of the partners complained that "the phone system has gone down every day for the past month". I have not received any alarms and noone has called me to report this and i think he is making it up. How can i prove that their PBX did not go down? if i run an AHST will this help me? please advise. thank you.
 
Hi,

Yes of course you can prove by the history file.
It depends if you have configured to collect history file or not in the first place.


 
What are you using to moniter it? If you use something like an SEB it will dial out and report to you any errors that the PBX reports.
