I have a problem with one of my customers. The customer has an Option 11 and from time to time different extensions report a problem with conferencing. When they press the conference button on the M3904 phone, they disconnect the active party. I disable the TN in LD 32 and then enable it, and that fixes the problem. Does anybody know why it is happening, and what can be done to fix it permanently?
