your 500 looks very good, except for the dta's.. what does ssck 0 show in 60.. is this your only t1? the for that lcnt i would check connections or a csu prior to jumping on the clock. looks like it's dropping every two hours or so.. with a clock issue i usually see a pattern.. 1 slip every 7 minutes or 4 every x minutes.. stat the clock, make sure it's not in free run, and check layer one

here is my ssck
this is my on t1
the card goes straight into the smart jack.
no adtran or anything.
what is layer 1

layer one is copper.. and your clock is locked on slot 2, i hope your 1st trunk is 2 1.. your in an opt 11, is that a tmdi card? i would disable both the tmdi and the d reseat that card and reload it.. if your connections are good, the next step would be to call the carrier,,

i perfer to run with nbo csu, some areas you have to install one unless your on a glass interface.. i just see them an another fail point.. if your copper is good, (no home made cables) then it's 90 percent pointed to a provider problem.. it can still be the card, but usually they do not cause that type of a problem.. more common (for me) to see a bad card as hard red or hard yellow, not slow slips... red is open to the carrier yellow is good connection to the far end but no response from the remote software..

simple test.. require down time on the ckt.. put a loopback on to replace the smartjack.. connect pins 1 and 2 to pins 4 and 5 back toward the switch, leave it up and watch for slipps.. pri willl come up, go green then rls wronge mode.. t1 will stay green.. either way you will either see the errors internal or not

the short cable from the smart jack to the m1 cable is home made, and it is a tmdi, we own the circuit as well and the other day we ran to a loop 4 or 5 minutes, clean and when we turned it back to the 11 it started taking slips. my cc was red so i disabled and reenable it and the tmdi card it helped some then nortel changed it to clock the primary, i didnt install it im just trying to fix it and learn at the same time, any other ideas
