Has anyone encountered this: M2250 console answering for several different companies' lines; Call Pilot apps set up for each companies' auto attendant; tried to set LDN's to forward to appropriate SDN's after a number of unanswered rings to attendant console; forwarded calls hit Call Pilot, but it does not answer and caller continues to receive ringback. Have played with MPO's in CDB, but no go. BTW I'm not a sophisticated switch guy. Our vendor has been working on this for some time, but to no avail.

try to point the LDN to a phantom with 1 maxp and ncfw set to sdn
 
what does your att_data look like? if aodn is vsdn then the correct vsdn should play per the original dialed dn... tell your vendor that this one is a no brainer

Thank you all for your help. Our vendor has tried everything they know of, but finally had to open a ticket with Nortel who is trying to duplicate the problem in their lab. I'll try to post the results.
