Has anyone encountered this: M2250 console answering for several different companies' lines; Call Pilot apps set up for each companies' auto attendant; tried to set LDN's to forward to appropriate SDN's after a number of unanswered rings to attendant console; forwarded calls hit Call Pilot, but it does not answer and caller continues to receive ringback. Have played with MPO's in CDB, but no go. BTW I'm not a sophisticated switch guy. Our vendor has been working on this for some time, but to no avail.
