Opt11C to BCM50

Hi, I met a problem interworking Opt11C to BCM50 R2.
There're PRI SL1 ND2 MWI linked. Opt11C uses DN6xxx, BCM uses DN2xxx. The Caller ID are okay if they dial each other directly. But because of the BCM is for a small group call center, we activated a SkillSet1, if DN6xxx dial the SkillSet1 (target line), it shows +Hxxx on BCM's phone. here's the info on Opt11C DCH.

can the symposium acquire the set on the bcm? if not symposium will have trouble que'ing to the set

What is 842 in your 61C?

it is sent back by your PBX to the BCM. So it's either a DN or a CLID (LD 21 PRT CLID)
 
We have DN6842 on Opt11C. But once the BCM pickup the phone, the phone display shows +H842.
 
CallPilot on BCM50 , under Call Center property/Enable Caller ID , did you select Name and Number back up ? Try with number only .

Is H842 your CDN name label for your skill set ?
 
thanks you all for your help. this was solved by rebuilt DCH/RDB/TIE data.
