Is there a way on the Option 11 to add routing for the "0", "00","0+", & "01" calls to route to 1-888-243-5993,WDT, and then release the dialed digits? I've been digging thru the NTP's for a week and can't find anything.
look at ld 90 and 86, ld 90 sends 0 00 001 ext to a rlb, in 86 the rlb sends the call to a route, a dmi can delete 1 digit and then insert 18000xxxxxxx, i don't understand the other step you requested but if my user dial 011, i del 3 insert 1800 xxx xxxx 011.. i have move his target.
I'll be a little more detailed. This is for a Hotel system. So the guest dials 9,0-XXX-XXX-XXXX to use their credit card, I want to route them to a specific Opertor Service provider, so I need the system to insert the 800 number after it sees the call as long distance, and then reinsert the dialed number with the 0. What I need is a breakdown of the programming steps to accomplish this.
that one is easy, just do an insert in youy dmi, no delete. i can't give you steps any closer without a print out of your switch, i can paste in a similar route in mine if that would help, but you would have to translate it to your switch history.
