OPT 11 Back up 1

I am trying to do a backup of a Opt 11 and I keep getting this message?

CCBR000
.XBK

CCBR033 CCBR file is missing. Please generate the CCBR file by means of EDD CCBR in Overlay 43.

I am not sure what this means.

Try doing the backup in LD 43

I went in to LD 43 and did EDD and it completed successfully and then it said that a USB device was found and backup was sent to the USB. I was still not able to backup to my desk top.

I didn't think you could backup to a desktop. Only to the flash drive connected directly to the PBX.

I have several other Opt 11's that when you go to

>XBK
>(name Backup)

then go to your remote utility and receive file it will backup to your computer. I am just having trouble with this on which has recently been upgraded. I do not know how to look at the Version or I would have put that in my question. I did not think in a later version they would have removed that feature.

You cannot have both forms of backup in the same unit at the same time. If it is set to go to an external drive or card, you will not be able to use XBK. If you take the tape/disk/card out, you should be able to use XBK to get a copy to your network.
