Ops Manager Error

Hello Everyone,

All of a sudden this morning, I am having some difficulties with Ops Manager and one of my elements. Specificly I'm trying to use the "Moves, Adds, & Changes" to modify a phone type assigned to one of my users.

For some reason, after I select any entry from the list, and hit either change or move, the prgress bar will pop up, hang at 11%, and eventually return either "The moves, adds and changes application could not retrieve the user information from. Reason: CDF Recieve Timeout" or "APi Session error"

The element in question is an SX2000, all my other elements are 3300s.

Have you installed windows security patches recently?

If so, you may need to upgrade Eman/Ops to the latest release.

Nothing has been installed or modified on the server. At least that I can tell so far. I would prefer not having to update the software unless absolutly necessary.

Do other functions with that element work OK

Backups?
Sync's
System Access?

Well I've resovled the issue, after regular business hours, I restarted the NSU and the switch; as well as, restarted the workstation with teh ops software.
Everything came back alive and seems to be functioning. I will keep an eye on it, and I guess chalk it up to a glitch.
