OPS backup error 1

Hi,

I'm integrating a new 3300 onto an existing network.
Backuping ICP 1 is ok, but I have the following message when I want to back up the 2nd one event viewer)

aborted: (Frlyons) /db/archive/ICP3300.dba not found or permission problem

THe logs say ftp connection is ok
I don't have the requested file on the ICP
When I backup via ESM it's ok

3300 Cxi runs 7.1.4.9
OPS is 7.2 with EM

Any ideas ?

Sounds like the user created on the Enterprise Manager for FTP Transfers does not have the permissions for the Folder where the Database Saves are stored.

The example in the THB for the MNMS user is very good.

There is an island of opportunity in the middle of every difficulty.
Miss that though, and you're pretty much doomed!

with you running 3300 version 7.1.4.9, I would seriously recommend you upgrade, enterprise manager to version 3.1 and OPSMAN to 7.5. However not sure whether this will help with the permissions issue.

I had the same issue on my controllers running 7.1 and using OPS 7.4. It just doesn't work.

Upgrade to 7.5 and it fixes the issue...
