I have a report that shows start time. If there are 8 appointments at 10:00am, I only need 10:00am to show up once - at the beginning. If I use the formula:

{appt.time}=next{appt.time}

10:00am shows at the LAST 10:00am appointment. How can I get it to show at the FIRST appointment?

Thanks

{appt.time}=previous({appt.time})

THANK YOU! THAT'S IT!!!

You could also do a group, suppress details and just show the group header.
