Opinions on MS Vis STudio .net

HI All,

I would appreciate your evaluation of C++ Builder and MS Vis Studio .Net.
I am in the market for an IDE, and have been considering either MSVIS Studio .Net professional or C++ Builder.

Can you offer some comments on what you think of these products? What are they good for respectively? What are their weaknesses?

But this is for such an old version of C++ Builder, that
it will not bear a clear relationship to the latest (comparing VC++ to C builder 1.0 when version 6.0 is now out).
