Opinions on Hotdesking please

I have been doing some testing with hotdesking users on 1.4(22). My concern is with what happens when they are not logged on.

If Voicemail is enabled, the call goes to voicemail, which is what I would expect. If the user has forward unconditional set to a group extension number the call forwards which again is what I would expect to happen.

If the user has forward on busy/no answer to a group extension, the call does not forward, I just get the busy tone. I would have thought that if the user is busy that the call should get forwarded on busy.

Is this correct? If the forward uncondional works then surely forward on busy should work. Or is it a bug?

need more detail from you, is you call center a elite or dulex package? and the software version that you are using I recently found that R7 is a bit buggy
 
Forward unconditional also needs to be activated before the phone is logged off otherwise the call will go straight to VM
an unavailable extn. is not the same as a busy extn.
