We have sold to our customers in the past the Metropolis Call Accounting solution for IP Office, but I'm not a huge fan of it. I don't like the interface and it seems that they haven't done much to improve making reports easy in my opinion.
So I know there are people on here that have experience with Xima's Chronicall and with Datel Call Sweet...so which is better for just a standard call accounting with history reports?
