Operator

I am having trouble to erase an operator.
It is not possible to activate the operator work station with F1 key.
In winFiol i always get the message operator is busy.
And i know it's not!!!
Even when i try to erase the operator with "opere:dir=xxxx" I get the same error: "operator is busy"

What is the correct solution for this???

Try restart the board RFBOI:BPOS=XX-X-XX;
OR RESTART UNITS RFPUI:UNIT=OLP1T(BC10<)OLP1S1(BC9>)&DOR&DOM,LIM=X;
IF THIS DOSNT HELP YOU CAN TRY RFPUI:UNIT=DER,LIM=X;

Andy,
do an OPTSP

it should show something like

6000 F A (free and Absent)

if it shows somethine like
Free and Busy, ie the operator is free to take a call, but it is in a Busy ,state, this is causing a problem.

Also check to see if the little bar at the bottom is GREEN or RED
if nothing the MD can't see the CT adaptor,

The CT Adaptor should flash Steadily on and off, if not, disconnect, all the leads, lead to adaptor, to pc, to phone, leave for 10 seconds, reconnect.

If still no joy as ELU suggests try restarting the board, though I doubt this will clear it.

usually OLP1s1 in the operators LIM, DOMS1, or DOR will clear this, after each restart do a OPTSP to check the state.

I gave a restart to olp1T,olp1D&DOR.
It is running OK since then.

I have seen this also and it usually helps from the operator console to just press a few times the clear button for right/left speechwindows. (For OWS , press + and - a few times).
This was fixed with a patch in BC11 SP11.
What BC are you running ?

There is no patch that helps if the call isn't cleared
by the operator. It's the same as leaving the analoqe phone off-hook.
