I have a weird one for you guys:

I have an attendant console, using extension 2020 and named operator (all lowercase).

If the operator places a call to another extension, the display indicates "operator" (all lowercase) as desired.

If a call comes into the attendant console from the outside with no caller ID, and the attendant transfers the call to a station, their display indicates the call is from "OPERATOR" (all uppercase).

Where is this caller ID coming from? Due to some knit-picky end users, I would like to change that display. Any ideas?

Try Change attendant 1. I think it is the name field on this form that is causing your issue.

No, Attendant 1 is named operator in lower case. I know I can change that, but cannot find where else it could be displayed.

OK Try this command: change console-parameters See if it is there.

Sorry for the delay
ED
