Using embedded mail / auto attendant and 5550 conole.
On Night Service incoming calls get the message "If you know the number you require dial ....etc.... or leave a message"
This takes you to the attendants mailbox "0".
A message can be left and the retrieved succesfully from Mailbox 0.

Operator "0" mailbox MWI, where or how can I display the Message Waiting Indication for Mailbox 0.
Any help would be appreciated please.

You cannot associate a MWI with a single digit MB.

You can program an extension in mailbox zero (other than 0) and set the lamp against that extension.

Alternatively you can design your system to avoid MB zero altogether and force calls into a mailbox with MWI capability.

Alternatively you could enable VM to Email and forget MWI altogether.

I avoid mailbox zero whenever possible. Used to be you couldn't even record a greeting but I've heard that may have changed.

In addition, the 5550 IP console does not have MWI. You would need a second phone at that location for the user to see a flashing light.

VM to Email as kwbMitel suggested is a nice work around.

What makes you think that you have time to fix it?

Thanks for information, will change Mbox to another number.
