Operator procedures documented?

Does anyone have a set/outline/template from which I could write up a set of backup procedures for our operators?

The help screens within Arcserve are nice, but don't help when it comes to formal documentation. Even something along the lines of best practices would help to work from.

Hi Mike,
I have done some documentation for AS9 complete with screen shots, which may be what you're looking for. Since we work for the same department, I can email what I have to you if you like. They are in Word 2000, with the largest file 1.20 MB.

BTW, did you used to be with EC and were you ever in Moosonee?
