Hey, First of all I am brand new to the Ericsson world (2weeks) so pleas be patient. I will probably be on here allot. So my ? right now is for the RODNI for the operator is it safe to assume the Night Parameter should be the Voice mail assigned to the system in this case a call express? Trying to figure out why my Operator stats shows night but if you call the extension you get RNA. Any help would be appreciated.

RODNI is for external calls, OPADC is for internal only (unless no RODNI assigned where OPADC is also external). Are you calling Operator extension or Common Operator Number? Internal or External?

hope this helps

DOES ANYONE make a IP ROUTING communication between MX1 SP03 and BUSINESS PHONE PER CISCO ROUTERS

Thanks,
Actually internally, maybe this will clear it up. If I put Operator in Night mode Manually and call 0 or the ext, I get operator/out of service in the display. However if I let the system use the day/night time and call the same I get ring no ans. The system shows status as night but i get ring no ans. trying to get the same operator out of service using the day/night schedule. Sorry if that makes no sense. but thnaks for the first reply
