operator group coverers - delete ext

people moved offices and I did a phone number switch.. after doing so the coverage on the front desk didnt move with the number switch.. so the new guy is getting all these front desk calls.

Here is a print out of the operator...

The extension 303 needs to be removed. 306 is fine.. how do i delete 303 from there?
I have winspm if that makes it easier.


I have tried "group coverage receiver" but couldn't get past "extension number of the calling group"

So how do i delete buttons 8,9,and 10? on a mlx-5d phone?

ah got it.. had to go into programming the extension through spm and delete those buttons that you cant see on the smaller phone.

You will need to remove those buttons with CENTRAL PROGRAMMING, either from the MAIN CONSOLE or WINSPM. Also, is 303 a member of one of these COVERAGE GROUPS, if so, you will want to remove it from there as well.
