i am currently getting rid of our console phone for the attendant and have replaced the phone with a 1140E. Reason is we did not use all the functionality for the console phone. the 1140e is setup with our main extension as an ACDN and we have callpilot applications running menus on timers. call comes in at certain time of day menu plays or attendant rings depending on time. no need for attendant to put phone in night mode anymore. ive got everything in order except when internal employees perss "0" it just rings now. i cant figure out how to make it were "0" reaches the operators extension ive created. Can someone walk me through the process?
