We have a MD110 system programmed with two Customers (Cust1 & Cust2) for extensions, trunks and Operators. Incoming calls on trunks of Cust1 answered by Operator of Cust1 and transferred to extensions of Cust1 without any problem. If a transferred call to an extension is not answered by that extension, then the call is re-routed back to the operator of the same Cust and so far there is no problem. Our problem is that if the operator of Cust1 didn't answer the re-routed call from extension of Cust1 then the call is re-routed to the operator of Cust2. This is not acceptable by the customer since he wants the two groups completely seperate from each other.

Is there any advice

dont assign the operator for that corg then. look at OPCGP:CORG=ALL;

Remove/set with OPCGR/OPCGS

this is an old problem that surfaced way back in BC3. best way to separate 2 customers completely is to use the TCMAP.
connection on the map is related to the last 2 digits of the TRAF value(EXCAP, KSCAP, OPCAP). Set all Cust0 users to 00 and all Cust 1 users to 01, including each customers assigned trunks (again found in TRAF value of ROCAP).
be sure to check the LCR tables for any cross customer trunk overflow settings, and before you start, TAKE A PRINT OF THE ORIGINAL TCMAP:CON=ALL, just in case you want to put everything back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,

Whorsdaddy, the call origins are set in the right way, and the problem is exist.

Program0,

You are right when we are talking about the normal extensions, but actually the traffic matrix doesn't prevent the rerouting of the recalls from Operator (1) of cust 1.. to operator2 of cust2. Also I don't use the LCR in my configuration, is there any need to use it to overcome this problem.

is there any comments, or if you have tried this before, pls advise.

rerouted calls can be set with rocdi... or am I missing something here??

if your bc release is bc11sp8 or higher try system parameter 219.

whosrdaddy is right ROCDI should fix your problem.
