Operator application 1

Looking for a solution for our operators. They need an application that they can locate names, phone numbers, office locations when they receive a call for someone in the company.

It has to be able to pull information from an Oracle database and be able to update the oracle database via the application. Being able to update the oracle database is not a must have option.

Any suggestions?
