Operator answers call and hears a beep and no one is there. At which time, she hangs up. In the beginning, she would wait for caller to respond, maybe incoming glitch. This has happened since the install of the phone system, but it appears to occur more than 20+ times a day now. Has anyone ever encountered this problem? Is this a simple programming oversight, PRI/Pool settings? Something else?
